Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges Terms:
- Products eligible for return or exchange must be unused, unworn and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Some items, such as perishable goods, personalized items, or items marked as final sale, may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please check the product description or contact customer service for clarification.
- Make sure to be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed and without defects
- Make sure you can try on fashion products to check if they fit, but they must be treated as strangers. If we receive a returned product in an unsatisfactory condition, we reserve the right to return it to you.
- Please ensure that the product you are returning includes all original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freeware and accessories. All the shots that are supposed to be there are in their original state.
- When returning a product, you must ensure that it is returned in its original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging or box. If the product is delivered by prairiecanada in a second layer of packaging, it must also be returned in the same condition with the return shipping label attached. Please do not tape or sticker the delivery box or product package.
- When you return an item to our hub, please obtain the PrairieCanada Return Acknowledgment form from the hub and complete it yourself. Please keep one copy for yourself, and we will keep another copy for our records.
To return a product please follow our simple process
1. Sign in to your prairiecanada and click to “My Account” options
2. Select the “My Order” option and click on “View.”
3. Go to our return page footer and click on “Return Form button.”
4. Please select your desired refund method.
5. Fill in the Return Form and explain why you are returning our product.
Note: It’s important to include the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any delays in processing your return.
Here are valid reasons for returning an item
